How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible with clear delivery information shown at checkout. All our items are made and dispatched in the UK. Some items are made to order while others are shipped from stock and we will always keep you updated along the way.

What if i change my mind?

Returns are easy. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to get in touch, as long as the necklace hasn’t been used. And if anything arrives faulty or not quite right, just let us know and we’ll sort it for you.
